The Cinch Torque Lock Hydraulic Release Running Tool/Setting Tool is used to run and set the Cinch Liner Hanger/Liner Top Packer system for cemented or open hole applications. This tool incorporates many features to ensure reliability of the setting sequence. With rotational capabilities, torque is limited only be the liner and pipe threads. This tool also has a secondary left-hand mechanical release for redundancy.
