The Saddle Completions Cinch Liner Top Packer is a high-performance Liner Top Isolation using a floating PBR with an ECNER high-pressure packing element. The Cinch Rotational Liner Top Packer is a liner top option for either vertical, low deviation, mid-length, or extended reach lateral wellbores. The Cinch Rotational Liner Top Packer is used in conjunction with the Cinch liner Hanger and can be used in cemented or open hole liner systems.
